Led engineering at a dating app where a date is planned every 6 seconds. Scaled the team, defined tech strategy, and transitioned the org into a true scale-up — handling millions of interactions daily.
Blockchain Supply Chain Traceability
Built a blockchain-based platform for tracing materials in supply chains, proving sustainability data with Zero Knowledge Proofs. Took the product from MVP with 1 developer to a 5+ person team.
Social Crypto Exchange
Rebuilt a crypto exchange under the BUX umbrella — from core microservices (auth, payments, KYC) to blockchain integrations with Ethereum smart contracts and complex data migrations.
Predictive Ticket Availability
Built prediction models to forecast ticket availability for venues with extremely slow or unreliable supplier systems — dramatically improving user experience. The system was eventually integrated with Google Maps, exposing the ticketing platform to millions of users worldwide.
